At MOMNTS, every order is made with care and customized specifically for you. Since most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, processing times may be slightly longer than regular ready-stock products.

We appreciate your patience while we create something meaningful for you.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

For personalized products such as:

  • engraved bracelets
  • custom lockets
  • name necklaces
  • personalized gifts

additional time may be required for customization and quality checks.

During sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended slightly.


Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • courier availability
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • remote delivery locations

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders or promotional offers
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include additional handling charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp
  • courier tracking link

Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


Personalized Orders

Since personalized products are custom-made specifically for each customer:

  • orders cannot be modified once production begins
  • delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on customization requirements
  • slight variations in engraving placement or finishing may occur as part of the handmade/custom process

These variations are normal and make each piece unique.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • shipping address
  • phone number
  • recipient details

MOMNTS will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • logistics disruptions
  • weather conditions
  • operational issues
  • high shipping demand

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/update.

Our team will investigate the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.
